EVENT – SOUTH TYROL IN VIENNA

We also had our South Tyrolean friends in Vienna in 2023 – we love this yearly event! This time it was a culinary journey inspired by artistic architectural creations. Newcomer chef Manuel Ebner (Restaurant 1524) was inspired by the impressive buildings of Armin Pedevilla (pedevilla architects) and created culinary works of art on the plates of the guests. The excellent wines came from the Pitzner winery and rounded off the architecture-gourmet-dinner in a very special way.
