ATELIER MOESSMER NORBERT NIEDERKOFLER – my journey goes on! 

… a workspace of creativity, exceptional taste and inspiration. On the 12th of July, the international renowned top chef and South Tyrol’s only 3-star chef, Norbert Niederkofler, took the next step in his culinary and personal development and opened the “Atelier Moessmer Norbert Niederkofler” in Bruneck, South Tyrol. The new restaurant is located in the former executive villa of the Moessmer Cloth factory in the middle of the extensive historical park near the city center of Bruneck. Under the direction of the architects Walter Angonese and Klaus Hellweger, a setting for a special culinary experience was created, in which nature, culture, history, design and craftsmanship are in harmony. In mid-August we were able to see the beauty of this special restaurant and enjoy the culinary delights – see for yourself!
